Your credit card will be charged ONLY after the booking is confirmed. Once the credit card is processed, we will email your product VOUCHER to you, which MUST BE retained for check-in/pick up Purposes.
However, in case a credit card has been charged against which no product voucher has been received by the guest/user, the guest/user should immediately inform via e-mail, or phone contact at the company's stated / displayed contact numbers about non receipt of the product voucher. In case the Guest / User fails to inform the company with in the next 48 hours of the credit card being charged and non receipt of product voucher at the stated/registered e-mail address of the Guest/user, almanarbooking.com will not be held responsible for any delays in reimbursement of the charged amount, to the credit card that was originally charged.
Please note, that on rare occasions, the booking may be charged in a different currency to the one you chose on the website, or were quoted in. The cost of your booking is converted using our bank's exchange rates on the day of the transaction. All transactional and charge information will be shown on your Receipt/Invoice.

Although the website utilizes all possible safeguards to protect the interests of its users, we do not assume any liability for any fraudulent mis-use of any card charged on its portal. The company shall in no way be liable to refund any amount so charged against which Services have already been rendered by the company or any of its affiliate partners, suppliers, Agents, Outlets etc.
Due to processing requirements, on occasion we are unable to confirm your reservations immediately. Below is the usual response time taken to confirm reservations when immediate confirmation is not available:
1 to 2 days - for Europe, the Americas/Caribbean and Africa/Middle East

A Cancellation must be confirmed back to you by one of our agents. If you have not received a confirmation of the cancellation within 24 hours after submission, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit it. Credit Card Information:
The client must submit a valid credit card when completing the credit card form. All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the credit card form is correct. almanarbooking.com takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.
If the client wishes to change the credit card after it has been charged, it will be treated as an amendment, and a corresponding amendment fee and conditions will apply as mentioned above. Due to processing requirements, refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. This time may vary, depending on your bank/financial institution.
By making a booking the client authorizes almanarbooking.com to pass on credit card details of the client to the hotel if requested.
The client must submit a valid email address on the Booking Form. This email address will be used for all future correspondence relating to your booking. All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the Booking form is correct. It is the client's responsibility to advise almanarbooking.com if an error in the email address was submitted on the Booking Form or any other correspondence. almanarbooking.com takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.
almanarbooking.com intends to provide you with all the services that you request from us. In case of hotel, when the hotel is not able to honor your reservation due to overbooking or any other circumstances, we will endeavor to offer you an alternative of comparable price and standards. If this occurs, we will contact you via e-mail and request your authorization to proceed with this new booking. If you decline the alternative, and you were already charged for the original booking, a full refund will be given to you as soon as possible.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your requested product type is available and all additional requests are also subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by almanarbooking.com.

Complaints:
In the case of any problem or complaint, it is imperative that the client informs almanarbooking.com at the earliest opportunity in order that they have the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to almanarbooking.com within 3 (THREE) DAYS of the end of the service provided. A copy of the complaint must also be submitted to and signed by the hotel manager/ touring and transferring agent. If a client fails to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of almanarbooking.com to rectify the complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim the client may have.
Product Information:
All products information that is published on the website is current and is subject to change without notice. almanarbooking.com has visited the majority of its featured travel products and every effort has been made to describe these products as accurately as possible. However, almanarbooking.com cannot accept responsibility for facilities, which are temporarily not available, are under renovation or not suited to individual tastes and preferences in case of hotel.
