AlmanarBooking.com Membership is open to any individual or corporation.

AlmanarBooking.com reserves the right to reject any application for Membership.

Members must (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site ("Registration Data"); (b) maintain the security of your password; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to AlmanarBooking.com, and to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (d) accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to AlmanarBooking.com.

Member must log in as a member each time or Quote his membership number whenever the member wants to make a reservation, to earn Reward Points. If the member does not log in or neither quotes, he/she will not be entitled to Reward Points for that booking.

AlmanarBooking.com reserves the right to terminate Membership of any Member and revoke all Reward Points accrued by the Member at any time without giving any notice or reason. The Member will be notified of this within 3 (THREE) business days.

Members may leave AlmanarBooking.com at any time by submitting written notification at which point any outstanding Reward Points will be forfeited. Membership will terminate automatically upon the death of the Member. Reward Points earned but not redeemed at the time of death, will be automatically forfeited.

AlmanarBooking.com may change the Member program rules or program benefits from time to time with or without prior notice. These changes may affect the value of Reward Points already accumulated.

AlmanarBooking.com also reserves the right to terminate the program, or any part thereof, in any jurisdiction, at any time with or without notice, even though such termination may affect the right to accumulate Reward Points or redeem Reward Points.

AlmanarBooking.com is not liable to Members in any way for any value or benefits Members may lose as a result of any changes made to the program.

It is the responsibility of Member to check the website regularly for any changes to the Terms and Conditions of AlmanarBooking.com Membership Program. Continued use of the program by the Member will be deemed as acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.

It is the responsibility of Members to keep their mailing address and contact details up to date. Communications sent to Member will be deemed delivered if posted to a mailing address on record. AlmanarBooking.com will not be held responsible for any delay, misdirected or lost mail.

AlmanarBooking.com reserves the right to interpret, apply and communicate the rules, terms and conditions in this document. All such terminations by AlmanarBooking.com shall be final and conclusive in each case.

Earning and Redeeming Reward Points

Reward Points are the base units of measurement in the program. Currently, the value of 50 Reward Points = 1 US dollar.

Each USD spent on confirmed booking you make through AlmanarBooking.Com Equal to 1 point.

All Members shall have their own personal Member Account to which all the Reward Points earned will be credited. Reward Points may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Member can only redeem Reward Points to pay for part or all for their hotel / tour / transfer bookings or accumulate the Reward Points to redeem for free hotel stay / day trip / transfer(where applicable).

Each time a booking is confirmed, then after 30 days of utilization of confirmed booking the amount of Reward Points the Member has earned for that booking is transferred into the Member’s Account and can be redeemed until exceeds 10,000 points.

When making a booking, if your Account Balance exceeds 10,000 Reward Points, you will be asked if you want to use all your Reward Points to pay for part or all of the booking. If you choose to use your Reward Points, the system will convert your Reward Points into the currency used in your booking, using the daily US dollar exchange rate and subtract that amount from the total value of your booking. If you choose not to use your Reward Points, they will be rolled over until next time you make a booking.

Reward Points are deducted from the Member's Account Balance immediately after the reservation is confirmed.

If a Member Account is inactive for the duration of 24 months, the accrued Reward Points will expire. Expired Reward Points cannot be used. The 24 month period always starts from the utilization of the Member's last confirmed booking, which is furthest away.

AlmanarBooking.com will make lucky draw among the members have earned more than 15,000 points per month and will offer an extra free night on their redemption.
